Sideline

Refund policy

Free to try, 14 days to change your mind

Try it free first

Sideline’s free plan does not expire and does not ask for a card. It is the trial — use it as long as you like before deciding whether premium is worth paying for. Because of that, the refund window below is deliberately narrow.

First payment: 14 days

If premium is not what you expected, request a refund within 14 days of your first payment and you get all of it back. This matches the refund window in Paddle’s own buyer terms, which apply to every purchase.

Renewals are not refundable

After that first 14-day window, renewal payments — monthly or annual — are not refundable. Cancel before a renewal date if you do not want to be charged again. You can cancel at any time from the account-management link on your Paddle receipt, and access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for.

How to request one

Reply to your Paddle receipt, or email moeezramay1@gmail.com from the address you used at checkout. Paddle processes the refund to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

If something has gone wrong

A duplicate charge, a renewal after you cancelled, or a feature that stopped working is not a refund request — it is a mistake, and we will fix it whenever it happened. Email before opening a dispute and it will be sorted faster.

Free plan

The free plan costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund. It does not expire.
